We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Dase Desings. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on non-customized products within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization:
    • Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Packaging:
    • Ensure the item is in its original packaging, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it.
  4. Shipping:
    • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  1. Approved Refunds:
    • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 30 days for the refund to be processed.
  2. Exclusions:
    • Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Defective or Incorrect Items
